HEART OF ASIA CONFERENCE:-

The recently concluded "HEART OF ASIA"(HoA) conference witnessed theatrics and controvercies.The sixth HoA was held in Amritsar Dec 3-4.The joint statement was clearly crafted ,supported and pushed by India ,with support from Afganistan.In all common plaatforms since Pathankot,Indisa had raised the Pakistan bogey of sponsoring terror.
India diplomcy ensured that "the Afganistan-centric dialogue at Amritsar turned out to be a major embarassment for Pakistan"and exposed "its nefarious design".The conference squarely blamed Pakistan for vitating the the political sability in Afganistan.The Heart of Asia-Istanbul prcess was founded in Istanbul in Nov 2011 to provide a platform forregional cooperation in the "Heart of Asia"by placing Afganistan at its centre.The conference is named so as is Geoographical ,as Afganistan lies at the junction of central ,south and east Asia and also of the ancient trading routes from China and India to Europe.
