TRAFFIC  MANAGEMENT

It is necessary to rearrange traffic pattern on existing streets & reduce accidents.

Some human activities are responsible for many disgusting accidents and rest are for animals, road construction, breakfailure etc.

Advantages
                    1.Accident reduces
                    2.Journey time reduces
                    3.Increases vehicle capacity
4.Closed side streets are used for parking
5.At morning time max. no of lanes are reserved taffic moving towards the city centre.
6.At evening time, max no. of lanes are reserved for traffic moving away from city centre.
                    7.Flow is smoother.
Disadvantages
                   1.Need traffic signal
                   2.Creates congested condition
                   3.Disturbs peace in residental area
4.First moving vehicle may face accident
5.Increases traffic flow in open street
                   6.Regular maintanance of TRAFFIC signals.

WHAT IS FOUNDATION  ? It is the engineering field of study which is applied  to the design of those structures which support other structures, most typically buildings, bridges or transportation infrastructure. It is at the periphery of Civil, Structural and Geotechnical Engineering disciplines and has distinct focus on soil-structure interaction. It is also called as ground sill, which transfers loads to the ground. It is generally categorized into two types i.e         1.Shallow foundation               2.Deep foundation 1.SHALLOW FOUNDATION:- A shallow foundation is a type of foundation which transfers building loads to the earth very near the surface, rather than to a subsurface layer or a range of depths as does a deep foundation.     2.DEEP FOUNDATION:- A deep foundation is a type of foundation which transfers building loads to the earth farther down...
